1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Real Casino platform at realcasino.vu, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Real Casino, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders and any person who accesses the platform through any device or connection type. They cover sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games and all other services offered through Real Casino.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your Real Casino account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Real Casino support immediately. We will investigate such reports promptly. Real Casino cannot be held responsible for losses that result from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account balances in PKR are held on the platform and are not interest-bearing. Real Casino does not act as a bank or financial institution. Your account balance represents a right to use those funds for betting and gaming on the platform or to request a withdrawal — it does not represent a deposit with any financial guarantees beyond those stated here.

Real Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, associated with money laundering, or where account activity suggests the use of automated betting tools, bots or scripted behaviour. In such cases, any balance held may be forfeited pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Real Casino are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Standard bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Supported mobile wallets

Deposits are typically credited to your Real Casino balance within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any technical issues at the payment provider's end. Real Casino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the relevant deposit where possible. Real Casino may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above certain PKR thresholds. This is a standard security measure to protect account holders.

Real Casino does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. Please check your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank terms for any applicable charges on their end.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Real Casino reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Real Casino offers various promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and PSL-season promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all Real Casino promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per device. Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Real Casino reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit this.

Real Casino reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we determine that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on Real Casino — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports and any other available market — are subject to the market-specific settlement rules published on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules applicable to any market you bet on before placing a wager.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers on Real Casino:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Real Casino does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where a market is voided under these rules.
• Real Casino reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to involve match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt conduct will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or interrupted, settlement will be determined according to the market-specific rules. Generally, incomplete matches in cricket are settled based on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable, or voided if no official result is declared.
• Obvious or palpable errors in odds — including technical glitches that display incorrect prices — do not form a valid contract. Real Casino reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and return the stake.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day may be capped. The applicable limits are stated in the sportsbook at the time of placing a bet.

For live casino games, slots and fish games, all outcomes are determined by the game software and random number generators provided by our game suppliers. Real Casino does not manipulate game outcomes. Dispute resolution for casino game outcomes should be directed to our support team in the first instance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Real Casino. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses or avoid restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or using funds obtained through illegal activity on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting syndicates in a manner designed to guarantee outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems or data.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details without their consent.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or agent-style intermediary for other bettors.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Real Casino platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and data — is the intellectual property of Real Casino or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell or commercially exploit the platform or its content.

9 Privacy & Data

Real Casino collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at realcasino.vu/privacy-policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, power disruptions or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you to place bets or play games on the platform.

12 Changes to Terms

Real Casino reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
